This book was talking about how Dog Man got removed from the cops team and had to pretend to be Cat Man in order to become a cop again. Petey's father also known as the main antagonist of this novel escaped jail. Dog Man and his friends saved the city, and this made the mayor consider adding Dog Man back to the team. And Petey also known as the old antagonist became a good father and in the end Petey and Lil Petey went to give flowers to Petey's mother. Overall a good book.
